In 2015, Trevor Jones, a senior at Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School recognized there was a void in the athletic history of our school. With a deep interest in town history and athletics, Trevor began a senior project to framework "Hamilton-Wenham Athletic Hall of Fame"

After coordinating a strong board comprised of former coaches, athletic directors, and alumni, the Hamilton Wenham Athletic Hall of Fame inducted its first class of athletes, coaches, teams, and contributors in 2016.

​In 2018, the Hamilton-Wenham Athletic Hall of Fame became an official 501c(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to:

• To honor those individuals who have made a profound impact on our school community and make sure that every generation of Generals are properly commemorated.

• Be stewards of the history of Generals’ athletics.

• Connect alumni with our current student body to inspire and encourage greatness not only in athletics, but in the community and academics.

• Provide scholarships to our outstanding student athletes.
